Frankenstein’s Monster

“I expected this reception. All men hate the wretched. How then, must I be hated, who am miserable beyond all living things.” – The Creature

Capital City Comic Con 2018!

It’s coming up! Mark your calendars for September 8, 2018. I will be at the artists alley at the Capital City Comic Con at the Breslin Center. This will be second year having a table at C4 but last time it was as a comics student. This year it will be as a professional comic book writer and artist. I will be selling my two books, “Tales from the Gray House” and “Red Sky in the Morning”. In addition to the comics, I will also be displaying and selling concept art for my upcoming project “Orctown”. The plan is to have the first chapter of the graphic novel done by next year and sell it as an individual comic. It is a fantasy noir. Think “Elder Scrolls” meets “Sin City”. I’m pumped about entering this next phase in my comics career and hope to see you at the Comic Con!

Arrrgh, Matey!

First pirate I drew since finishing “Red Sky in the Morning”. It felt good to be back at sea. Maybe another pirate comic is in my future…

Elephant Eater

Trying out some different styles. Decided to draw my comics mentor from Michigan State, Ryan Claytor of Elephant Eater Comics. He was my professor for my classes in the Comic Art and Graphic Novels minor.
